What the service is
We check public Spanish data about a property and explain it in English, and we publish guides about buying property in Spain. The information is for general guidance only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, it has no official or legal validity, and it is not a Catastro certificate or a Land Registry extract.

Public records can be out of date or incomplete, and rules change. Before you sign any contract or pay any deposit, get advice from an independent, registered Spanish lawyer and check the current figures with the relevant authority.
Independence
We are not a government body and are not affiliated with the Dirección General del Catastro, the Colegio de Registradores, the Instituto Geográfico Nacional or the Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using information from this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to scrape data in bulk, to submit other people’s email addresses without their consent, or to break the law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by Estonian law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
